my mum and I have listened to this podcast for many years but we’ve recently had to give up as the sound quality just isn’t keeping up with modern times. I usually listen on airpods but the shrieking and talking over each other spoils it. the scripted adverts are too fake and too long. good luck...Read full review »

This podcast was a great listen. However; now, almost more than an eighth of the podcast consists of LONG, terrible and very scripted advertisements. Pity that greed got in the way of the lite and pleasurable listening.

I listen every Sunday when cooking lunch & it’s like having good friends in the room with me - having a good gossip & laugh!

This was one of the first podcasts I ever listened to and I have continued simply because it talks about the important things like coleslaw (cheesy for me), mini cheddars and the necessity for a large glass of wine most nights! You are my tribe 😊. Yes the shrieking can be a bit much sometimes...Read full review »

This is my absolute favourite podcast! I was a podcast virgin before I discovered Jenny & Judith & I’ve loved every episode. Beware - your coleslaw may come out of your nose.

Jenny and Judith are just brilliant! They make me laugh out loud every week and there’s always one or tips on food or books or whatever. And as a soon-to-be new Granny, I love hearing about the grandchildren, their progress and their cute little ways. Debs 61 and 4 months 😁

Judith’s laugh is awful and deafening when listening using AirPods. Could be amazing but I can’t listen to it as she really ruins it with the shrieking

I listened to this from the v beginning and have seen Jenny live a few times. I began to find Judith’s shrieking really irritating so had a long break. Tried it again today. Dare I say Judith has become even louder and this forced ‘Pahaa haha’ and suddenly screaming is just intolerable. There...Read full review »

Loved this podcast, love Jenny, she’s hilarious, love the content and conversations but I had to leave it for a while as Judith’s laughter is so loud, out of proportion and irritating that it takes me away from what she has to say. Decided to return this week and have caught up on a few episodes...Read full review »

I love culture corner and the friendship aspect of the presenters relationship. Jenny eclair has always been a star and it’s great that Judith has come out of the shadows too and into the light. I agree with a previous reviewer though, her shrieking is really becoming a problem. It appears false...Read full review »

Every week I savour this little escape into the intimate chat between two very funny good friends of - ahem - a certain age. They perfectly capture the world of older, middle age - and I often cry with laughter ( and sometimes cringe a little too as they nail it so perfectly) as I recognise...Read full review »

Recently came across this podcast and now going through and listening to all the past recordings. Great, informative, lite and up-lifting conversations; between these 2 funny women. Perfect ! Only wish they can do more than once-a-week.

I like the dynamic between Jenny and Judith and all the culture, food and travel subjects but there is a lot of baby stuff these days and quite a bit of poop talk which makes me feel a bit sick 🤮

I will be 65 later this year therefore definitely older and I am most certainly wilder so I am proud to be referred to as an OWL. Fab idea Jenny. My sister told me about this podcast when I was visiting from Australia. Our father has dementia and Jenny Eclair’s frankness about her mother’s Dementia really gelled with me. It makes me laugh out loud, very entertaining.
