Taking a step back sometimes and making things simple can enable you to see a situation for what it really is and give you clarity. Dean’s diverse experience in business means that he has a breadth of knowledge and always gets asked a lot of questions, his passion can sometimes take over and he has to remind himself to reign conversations and his opinions in. Working in recruitment, Dean is always seeing the changes in the economy quickly, when people are hiring and in which sectors is very telling. Dean believes you need people like Trump, to break the narrative and have people in power who can’t be controlled, whether you agree with their politics or not. To be part of the front bench in parliament, Dean believes you have to be ‘corruptible’ or you wouldn’t be allowed to get there. Politics needs to start appealing to different people from different backgrounds, this is the only way it will become balanced and truly be for the people.
