Education in compassion
Stephanie does amazing things with this podcast: She enables understanding on issues that are often so intimately fragile to a person and their sense of self. She promotes compassion towards partners using empathetic language. But most importantly, she teaches and encourages the listener to have compassion towards themselves in a way that gives so much hope and reassurance. The short, easy (and enjoyable) to digest information is delivered in a calm, gentle way. It’s like a form of meditation. I look forward to every single episode.
