Nuanced and soothing
I have a fearful attachment style and it was very difficult to find nuanced advice about it—or any helpful information at all, really—until my friend introduced me to this podcast. Stephanie is so understanding of the fact not everyone is able to come to self-love or self-confidence so easily, and this podcast is a balm for anyone who suffers from that. It’s amazing how thoughtful and detailed these episodes are in just 20 minutes. My only feedback, and it’s more of a request because the show is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, is that there could be more episodes about being single and insecurely attached, as the online dating landscape (which seems like the only dating landscape) is so tough, and many of us, especially folks in their 30s, are EXHAUSTED.

I’ve been devouring all of the episodes in this show following a string of challenges with personal and professional relationships. Wow. Eye opening! I can’t get enough. Now… if I could only turn back time and deploy the new knowledge I’ve gained from Stephanie.. ah well. Onward. Thanks Stephanie!!
