“Thank you so much Jay, I found your podcast just over a month ago when my girlfriend of almost 2 years broke up with me. It honestly broke me, I genuinely believed I would spend the rest of my life with her and made so many changes in my life that were for the better and for the future I wanted to build for us. After it happened I felt so completely lost and unable to live, I was effectively just surviving. I stumbled across a how to get over heartbreak episode of On purpose and it really opened my eyes to so many different things. I’ve lost count of how many episodes I’ve listened to now and while I am still depressed and down, I know now that I have valuable knowledge and tools to take with me to my next relationship if there ever is one. I’ve learned so much about communication and I just feel so much more mindful and aware than I ever felt before.
