The title for this podcast comes from the saying the days are long but the years are short. This podcast is something to help you get through those long days. The days where you haven’t slept, the laundry is pilled up and you are lucky if you had time to brush your teeth. I am a trained doula, certified lactation counselor, and past preschool teacher. I wanted to create a place that is nonjudgemental, supportive, open, honest, and safe. We will talk about all things parenthood, pregnancy, postpartum, birth, and life in general. I truly hope you enjoy it.
