State Treasurer Allison Ball and Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles sit down with Bill to discuss what they hope to accomplish during their four-year terms. State Treasurer Allison Ball is the youngest statewide female elected official in the country. She spent 4 years as an assistant Floyd County Attorney, law school at the University of Kentucky and student president of the UK Chapter of the Federalist Society. Agricultural Commissioner Ryan Quarles completed 3 undergraduate majors, two graduate degrees and law school at the University of Kentucky and squeezed in a Master’s Degree from Harvard before being elected to the Kentucky General Assembly. At 32, Commissioner Quarles is the youngest statewide elected official in the United States.
