Heard Frankie on another podcast and loved her! British Mum listening from Melbourne, Australia. Frankie sounds like the best friend you wish you had!

I enjoyed all the shows so far but on the last one, the guest was not right imitating the voices of women. Yes there might be people not respectful about men and that is a pity because everyone should be treated with respect even people who criticise you for complaint as a man. Not well played...Read full review »

Loving the topics that are being discussed, very good range - something for everyone! Real and honest conversations.

I found this podcast very boring and actually fell asleep listening. Wouldn’t advise

I loved the old style of this podcast with celebrity interview/chats, but the Self Care Sessions aren’t as good. Frankie asks for questions on her Instagram, but very few questions (if any) are put to the guest/expert. The sound makes it difficult to listen to, really loud one minute and quiet...Read full review »

Honest, real and raw conversation. No matter how alone you feel with your mind these podcasts will show you, you are not alone

Hard to listen to because the sound is completely off. One moment Frankie is really loud and the next sounds so far away, also the ads are SO loud, so I was constantly adjusting the volume throughout the whole thing. Also, sorry but I don’t feel like Frankie actually researches the guests ahead...Read full review »

The idea is a good one, because mental health is important to talk about, but Frankie and other guests need to stop saying like. It is taking it on the chin, not ‘like taking it on the chin’. Is ‘like taking it on the chin’ different to actually taking it on the chin, then? Enlighten me. If you...Read full review »

Love listening to this podcast. Frankie is a perfect host and discuses a wide range of topics with each guest.

Thank you for this podcast, it’s so helpful, particularly your most recent episodes. A follow-up with Julia Samuel on fear of death would be wonderful (possibly the wrong word) if possible please. Thank you again. Take care.

Used to enjoy this pod with Frankie and guests talking about personal experiences. Haven’t really enjoyed the switch to the therapist answering questions. I found the “expert” in the latest episode really self absorbed and wasn’t a great listen.

Such a lovely podcast to listen to. Easy listening & excellent point to listen to & think about if you struggle with general anxieties. Episode with Michelle Elman is life changing

This podcast is brilliant. Has helped me learn so much more about mental health and to know I’m not alone in feeling the way I do about things. It has also helped me help others.
Bekah.Naomi via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/10/21
Not very helpful, not a very giving approach, it appeared quite self concerned and self regarding, without much self-reflection?

I’m loving your podcast. They’ve definitely got me through theses lockdown. Love the openness and honesty of your mental health. Great guests. Great podcast. Keep being you. Thank you

Ok podcast (only listened to one) but so inconsistent with host going close and far from Mic, sometimes making it unbearable when too close. Like a screeching piercing sound

Listened to and loved every episode but ESPECIALLY the one with Maleha. I’m recommending it to absolutely everyone I know- so educational and useful but also incredibly upbeat and positive.

This was a great podcast. I have suffered on and off with mental health and seeing help. It was nice to hear someone professionally talk about it clearly. This will help a lot of people.

Just been listening to the podcast with Amanda and Josh. It was so emotional and moved me to tears. I struggle and I’m 52 and my family don’t understand sometimes how I don’t want to get out of bed. Good luck to Josh and Amanda

Great to see people in the ‘spotlight’ being open about mental health. Encouraging and affirming; joining the conversation that it’s ok to not be ok. Thank you and well done. Must say though as an HG sufferer it drives me mad that Frankie calls Hyperemesis ‘Hyperemis’ 🤦🏼‍♀️

Never listened to a podcast before. Never thought i'd get into an 'interview' without a visual but i'm now a complete convert. Frankie's podcasts are literally like you are in the room with a close pal covering loads of interesting and current topics. Love it. Well done...Read full review »

This show is garbage sorry the episode with Laura Wittmore you laugh at the idea of people developing OCD after Covid. That wildly incorrect and inappropriate for a pod that is called open mind 😒

This podcast has helped me so much and along with Frankie's book has encouraged me to get therapy for my anxiety finally! Thank you Frankie! There is something to be taken away from every episode that puts things into a different light and makes you look at things from a different perspective. Really enjoyed listening to this podcast. So refreshing to hear other people speaking about things I can relate to and knowing that is ‘normal’. Also breaking the barrier around therapy. I hope there is another series

Easy to listen to, but at times explore deep topics, that Frankie and her guest are brave enough to share. Gained a new perspective on life during each episode.

Everyone’s experience all so different, however all so 100% relatable, Candice is as real as myself, Jamie is a rock. Be yourself, speak your truth and if you cry, believe it is a strength 😘
