Love that Eckardt’s touchstone teachings now include his nerdy humor
I mention Eckardt’s humor because he sounds marvelously relaxed when he laughs to himself in that incredibly nerdy way. It humanizes his brilliant ability to teach the concept and practice of being present in the moment while acknowledging that our life form goes on. IListen to at least part of one of his teachings almost every day. And every time I replay them hi “hear” something that helps me resist the temptation to live in my judging ego and return back to my breath in the now. I am beyond grateful for these podcasts and share them with as many people as I possibly can.
