Dr. Peck explains why discipline is necessary to solve problems, how every life experience is a lesson and why love is an act not a feeling. The Road Less Traveled went on to spend the equivalent of over 13 years on the New York Times Bestsellers list. Dr. Peck passed away in 2005 at the age of 69 after suffering from Parkinson’s disease and pancreatic and liver duct cancer.
