Been listening to this for years and only just noticed I can review. Such an incredibly valuable teaching so regularly. How all of the virtues and ideas link together into big ideas adds so much clarity.

I love the Optimize program, site and meditations, the 101 lessons, the top 10 big ideas of so many amazing books, daily emails, and everything else.
