His casts are full of - meaty - facts, ancestral consideration and deep biochemistry. A perfect combo for those looking to understand more about how their food effects them on mental, physical and environmental levels. He just hits your questions with the facts and is so real about it. Love the openness and honest clarification. Well done!

Sensationalist and false information

His methylation episode is full of false claims and alarmist to get views at the expense of education and scientific inquiry. It actually pushes people in the opposite direction of health and knowledge grounded in science.
