HOW could Panoply cancel this podcast???? I truly cannot comprehend that anyone with a brain could not understand that this is the most important conversation we should be having. All of our issues as a nation find some intersection with race and our history.

This show was/is amazing. It really helped me through some stuff and I was sad to see it go.

As a white person doing my best to be a better ally, this podcast gives me the space to learn, be held accountable for the ways in which I perpetuate the problems, and gives me lots of food for thought about how to be and do better. I'm appreciative for the conversation and the opportunity to...Read full review »

Oddly, Amicus is advertising the FIRST episode on her latest show - after Panoply cancelled About Race. It was such a great show, I've been lobbying other companies to pick it up in a slightly different format so the hosts can weave in and out as necessary. I REALLY LOVE THIS SHOW! Even if...Read full review »

I really enjoyed this podcast. Sad to see this show go, though I understand why it's leaving the National Conversation. It really wasn't the same since the hiatus. I was an early adopter of the show and was even featured on a B side episode (#12 I think). Baratunde, Raquel and Tanner had...Read full review »

I found this podcast two episodes before it stopped and I love it! I am listening to all the previous episodes and am disheartened that in a time (post 1/20/17 12:00pm EST) when I feel conversations like this are necessary, the podcast was cancelled. One of the things that I value most about this...Read full review »

I'm so bummed! I love listening to this show and think it brings such a great perspective during these complex times. In order to drive the conversation forward, we have to speak frankly. For me, About Race was great at doing this.Read full review »

I really wanted this to work out but they just made it impossible. The conversation was so frustrating to listen to, the hosts so narrow-minded and confident in their particular opinions. I hope I can find something similar but more well rounded and thought-provoking elsewhere.

I listen to every episode rapturously. I listen with my Mom to educate her about race from another perspective and we always have tense conversations but she is always learning more and more.

I love listening to this podcast and appreciate Anna as a host, but at time she dismisses opinions rather than listen. Essential listening. Doesn't pull any punches direct, open and honest discussion of issues of race and identity, relevant not just for America but for many parts of the World today especially for me here in post BREXIT UK which has so much in common with with Trump America has exposed. Recommended!

A hand full of hyper liberals in their bubble of "safely blue, New York" where they exclusively right-bash. They offer 0.00 opposing voices or anything that doesn't serve to confirm their biases. I'm not sure what I expected, but I listened to the post-election episode and was highly offended.
