Amazing podcast for artists, writers and ethnographers
This is the first time I review a podcast (and I listen daily to podcasts). It is SO GOOD. A couple of things: 1) Not just a podcast. There is a really cool WEBSITE, with show notes, transcripts of the podcasts, links. There is a BLOG by Jessica Abel and there is a BOOK too. 2) There is a show one week and the next week a ‘work-in-progress’ discussion where three accomplished artists discuss what has been posted on the working group. 3) Really cool sound effects, music and a good radio voice by the presenter. This is not just for comic artists (I am not a comic artists and rarely read comics). I am an academic and writer and this podcast really enthused me. Will use in my writing classes too. Students love it too.
