“(Please keep the longer format!!) Outrage + Optimism is the highlight of my week and my favorite podcast I listen to. I have found the range of topics related to climate and the balance of outrage to optimism as refreshing and inspiring. This podcast does a great job of outlining the scale of the emergency while also illuminating the progress and potential that humanity is working on for climate technology and policy. Climate change is such a vast and pervasive issue that it is easy to become overwhelmed or burnt out, but I have never felt that way when listening to Outrage+Optimism. The perspectives on this podcast have pushed me to pursue a career in (sustainable) urban planning and transportation planning so that our world can one day be designed with the needs of both the planet and the people in mind (instead of corporate interests and the well-off). Keep up the fantastic work!”
