The detectives were annoying
The story is put together okay, and slightly interesting. But stopped listening to the last two episodes. Not because they wanted you to pay, but because the story became annoying. There was just too much focused on how appalled cops and detectives were that someone could even commit a crime. Found it annoying that the cops took emotional offence to someone who broke the law. Didn’t like the message it was sending about people who control the law, but can not understand and accept reality of people who go through struggles. Spoiler alert**** the cop commits suicide after stealing $80,000 of cash over 8 or so years from the detachment he worked in. The cop was slowly trying to pay it back but the detectives covering his case took so much emotional offence to this cops behaviour. Yes he broke the law, but come on, why is there so much focus on how upset the detectives got over this. It just makes them seem incompetent and not at all understanding, that they get so caught up in the idea that a fellow cop could break the law
