A fresh take on book podcasting
I found the Overdue podcast through an interview on Bookriot and immediately downloaded a few epsidoes. I'm always looking to listen to more people talk about books and I find that the hosts of Overdue bring something different to book podcasting. The casualness and down-to-earth conversation between the hosts about these well known books makes it feel almost as if you're listening to friends discuss the books. They're not just picking apart the literary merrit of a book or anything of the sort. They keep the analysis simple and speak with an open mind. I've only listened to the episodes discussing books I've read already to avoid spoilers for those I haven't, but even having listened to a fraction of the podcast's current run, I know I'll be coming back week after week.Read full review »

I enjoy the relationship these guys bring to the pod and the interesting topics brought up about each book, no matter the genre or style of writing. Great job, guys

Loving the podcast! The only downside is that my TBR shelf is now growing. Since my resolution for 2015 was to get it under 1000 books and I have now added 3 more (after listening to 4 episodes) I might need to limit myself to how any I listen to. Thanks & keep up the good work!
