Very important and articulately delivered podcast. Some episodes have quality issues. Especially the caring for someone podcast, where the volume is very low.. and we’ll done carry for sharing!! 👍🏽

Great Show
I find this show very entertaining and useful. I also like the way in which Caroline interviews her guests. There is no hype, her tone is calm and reassuing, perfect for an anxiety podcast!

Voice is Everything
There may well be a lot of useful insights and help here but she would do well to slow down when she is talking and mellow into a calmer tone.
