“‘‘Twas the morning after Sunday, I was driving in my car,
I was making my way to school, the journey would be very far
And out of frustration, I yelled “can traffic go fast?!?”
so out of boredom, I opened up the app “Podcasts”.
I tapped “browse” and saw many shows
Shows that had rows and rows of episodes,
And I was about to give up on my desperate try,
Until I saw it out of the corner of my eye
“Pardon My Take” the title read,
“Bob Huggins and Danny Woodhead”
I clicked on, not expecting much,
but I was pleasantly surprised by your takes and maybe even touched.
I’ll admit I laughed so hard at hot seat, cool throne, I once served and hit a service cone!
So it has been more than a year since that first episode
And I still laugh to you guys, even during Monday Mode
So cheers to you, PFT, Big Cat and (hank),
For making many people’s day, listening to your takes!!!
