Metzora – Barbarians at the Gate
The Metzora (one stricken with tzaraas) is unwelcome in polite society. Even impolite society doesn’t want anything to do with him. They must leave the camp. They must be alone, in seclusion, in isolation outside of the camp. They may not have close interaction with others. Others don’t even want to have any interaction with […]

Metzora – 21st Century Prophecy (5782)
How involved is God in the day-to-day lives of humanity? What is the nature of divine communication to humanity? The central subject of our Parsha offers a fascinating window into this question. Parshas Tazria deals exclusively with these laws, first with respect to the impurity of a new mother, and second with the impurity of tzaraas a skin disease that comes as a result of sin. What is purity and impurity and […]

Best parsha podcast
I've listened to so many parsha podcasts, this is the one I listen to! I absolutely love Rabbi Wolbe's voice, and the way he breaks down the weekly parsha makes it enjoyable and easily digestible. The exquisite insights are by far my favorite part I could listen to just that! I really love how he makes complex ideas of the Torah accessible to even a Balt Teshuva such as myself. Thank you so much, you truly are a tzadik!
