Kay is an ex-consultant, a successful corporate leader and elite athlete who has learned to master the inner game. Letting go of his limiting beliefs made him the fastest-ever Australian at the 24-hour world championships. He ran 259.67 km Now, he uses his expertise to guide leaders and organisations on their transformation journeys.
