I used to run at least one run a week where I did practice mindfulness but haven’t in some time, as I was focused on a sub 4 Marathon goal. I kind of lost my “why” I’m really out there. After collapsing at the finish line at MM, I’m still a little shaken and don’t want to run on my own.
