I’m feeling like the shrink not the patient
Why are two professionally trained psychologists only able to talk about concepts from their own perspective? It’s like I’m a blah blah blah and I do this...you’re a blah blah and you’ll do something like that...meh I’m an IFSJ (not that I can confirm that from this podcast series), and Enneagram Type 9, 1-2-1 subtype - as confirmed by my therapist. So I get to hear everyone’s opinion of themselves by default. I was rather hoping this would be a moment to reflect on myself, not listen to you reflect on you. Thanks, but this is my day off.
