Description
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Chester Zoda was working 80-100 hour work weeks and feeling burned out and overworked.
He decided to spend 2-3 hours on weekends starting an online course business. He started by teaching digital marketing using Facebook advertising. His first course made $5,000 in the first month.
Dr. Zoda’s colleagues noticed how fast he was growing and wanted his help to do the same. So, he decided to teach his methods to a small group of physicians.
He simplified his system to 4 weeks in length. To eliminate tech costs and headaches, he spent $35,349 engineering a proven sales process (Infinity Funnel™) and upgraded web designs.
In late 2020, Dr. Zoda decided to leave his clinical practice to create solutions dedicated to equipping healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders with the skillsets needed to build their own businesses.
In this week's interview, Chester describes his 4-step process for selling online courses.
