My favorite thing about this podcast is that it’s not sport specific. This podcast explains sports physiology in a very accessible way that you can use in whatever sport you choose!

It’s just plain smart
People are always saying we need to know why we are doing things in training so we can have “high integrity” in our workouts. Luke and METS provide the clarity and information to achieve this.

Easy to understand/informative
Very informative and easy to listen to info for triathletes, runners, cyclist alike. Luke breaks down the science in an easy to understand manner.
