Economic Ear Candy
Almost every episode has some fun, engaging angle on an economics-related topic I want to understand. Thanks to these folks, I have a working understanding of flood insurance, the cost of solar energy, the cause of the helium shortage, plus tons of other economic topics I never knew I wanted to know. The contributors sound like a group of smart, quirky Millennials who love economics and definitely take sides in economic debates. (The inverted yield curve definitely caused an office schism.) They should make a workplace sitcom about the Planet Money staff. I’d watch.
