“I love this podcast! I recently started listening and have been bingeing it nonstop. All the episodes are very different from each other, which I love. (Sometimes I get tired of the same old format that some of my other fave podcasts use episode after episode). I am a sociologist and explore economic issues a lot in my research because it provides me with an interesting and different way of looking at the world—this show is a great jumping off point for me when I’m diving into the economic perspective of certain issues. Though I don’t always completely agree with some of the points of view espoused in this show (or rather, the way the problem is approached), the arguments are always very thorough and thoughtful, which I can appreciate no matter what. Plus, it’s so well-researched. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a podcast they can learn something from, that will get them thinking analytically, that is well-produced, and that sprinkles some (geeky) humor into its script often. Excellent job by NPR as always!!”
