“I love listening to help me sleep. My only suggestion is to have some of the background noises/music be different? I know the bells or (I call it the blowing into a bottle sounds) are relaxing to a lot of people and that’s great. But for those of us who get sensory overload sometimes it can make it worse. I’m not sure what would replace it, but I also don’t think it’s worth making a fuss about.
