“Liking this podcast more and more. It's funny in a sitcom sort of way with odd characters. Like a cross between Men Behaving Badly and The Likely Lads but it's also a serious football chat with nice insights along the way for good measure. Todays episode had Sir Brendan Foster as special guest and he was brilliant. As a veteran of 3 great north runs myself in the '80s I was reminded of the euphoria of the last mile and the ecstasy of the finish followed by downing 5 pints of lager without needing to have a pee.
