“To simply lable this podcast as a "Panel of those Of Color" completely downplays how many of the topics discussed impact every race (while highlighting important issues not often discussed in the mainstream). Such a generalization also downplays the expertise and work experience of the panelists--they are all so well-versed in their specific social areas. They are not simply offering an opinion, but rather applying statistics, research, and personal experience to their arguments.
