It has been a joy to bring you guys episodes each week. I'm thankful for all of you who listen to the show. This podcast has been a light for both of us when it comes to facilitating interesting discussions and challenging each other to think critically. As the title notes, this will be the final episode of the show until we return from vacation. During this time we'll be thinking of ways to improve the show while taking some much-needed time away. Colin Kaepernick Netflix Slavery Controversy, Trans Activist Gets Canceled, Should Social Media Be Policed?
We kept you all fed this week. This episode gets into a lot of tough conversations and different perspectives. First we discuss further backlash surrounding Dave Chappelle’s standup special and the trans activist who led the Netflix walkout. She made racist comments in the past and is being targeted now. Can people change and can someone with a racist past now be an advocate for marginalized people? We also discuss the new Colin Kaepernick Netflix series and the comparisons made regarding slavery and the NFL combine. Do you see the parallels or is this a reach? Another topic we cover is social media laws and whether online bullying should lead to criminal charges? Is this a step too far? Best pod in the game!
This podcast is absolutely amazing in every way! Justin and Donté address things in the world that need to be addressed, and they’re not scared to do it. Not to mention they’re also hilarious, for you’re guaranteed a good laugh while listening to an episode.
I also really appreciate the advice and perspective given in this podcast. These guys are smart y’all, listen to them! Personally, I’ve directly applied many things said on this podcast to my daily life.

I absolutely love this podcast. Donté and Justin are always discussing important and interesting topics and have such different viewpoints. They both bring interesting perspectives to their conversations and truly are polar opposites. I’m always looking forward to every Wednesday for a new episode. I don’t typically listen to pop culture podcasts (I’m more of a true crime person), but I always look forward to new episodes from Polar Opposites! From the early days with Nicky & Justin, then just Justin, and now with Justin and Donté, Polar Opposites is always full of hot and funny takes relevant topics. Being someone who doesn’t watch the news, this podcast keeps me up to date on current events and differing opinions surrounding those events. Keep up the great work, Justin & Donté!!!
