How many things do you do on autopilot rather than with intention? And how many of those things are getting in the way of your big vision? Here's an example of an auto response that I'm not proud of but I know that someone reading this can relate... Years ago, after I would work out, I would eat fast food because I felt that I had deserved it (ugh, right?!?) Instead of compounding the good habit of moving my body with foods that give it life, I was sabotaging my vision of health. Now, years later, I have released the old belief that work = reward. Essentally, learning to value the journey, not the destination. I share this with you because the idea of sacrificing deeply engrained beliefs, habits and thoughts is hard. Most people won't do it. But you're not most people 😉 and you know that your big vision will cost you something. The cost might be small, like swapping out your favorite fiction book with a book that explores the human condition. The cost might be a little bigger, like spending less time with people that perpetuate bad habits and more time with people that feel light, bright and full of energy. Big or small, these sacrifices are an important part of the process. They are equally powerful to help you align to and activate your big vision. You just have to decide...what are you willing to release in order to become the YOU that is living your big vision 💃🏻 I hope you enjoy today's show!
