I enjoy your podcasts ~ they’re funny yet at the same time, seriously on point... and with a smile. I really liked the interview with Tiffany. She brought to light some gender differences that are welcomed in the financial world, like, “girls shouldn’t take up too much space” or “negotiation is...Read full review »

I love the Clark Howard podcast and listening to producer Joel. Though I am 27 and feel that Clark is like my dad sometimes (haha!). This podcast is aligned with Clark’s beliefs on money but for a younger audience and I love it! I hate beer so I appreciate that you save your comments on the beer...Read full review »

Just wanna give a huge shoutout to Matt and Joel. I went to missingmoney.com (which before listening to this podcast) I didn’t know existed. I ended up having an unclaimed check from a college job on the site. I claimed it and got a check in the mail within a couple of weeks. You guys rock!...Read full review »

The advice is pretty basic but sometimes can be helpful. They are engaging hosts at least. The one thing I absolutely CAN.NOT.STAND is when they sign off by saying “best friends out”. Are you seven??? So annoying.

I was reading “I will teach you to be rich” at a local Atlanta coffee shop when a guy comes up to me and asks me how I felt about the book. He proceeds to tell me I should listen to his Podcast How To Money. His name was Joel! What perfect timing. I love this podcast. The last episode about...Read full review »

Not a lot of people can make financial talk easy, relatable, and truly helpful. I feel like I really learn a lot every time I listen and I enjoy listening. All the beer talk is awesome too.

The “How To Money” podcast is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to in the car and while out walking my dog, and I recently got my boyfriend hooked as well! Joel & Matt share tons of financial advice that’s relatively easy to implement. Also love your Facebook group!

As other reviewers have noted, the hosts spend way too much time talking about the beer and their advice is incredibly middle/upper-middle class centric. It also obvious they live in a place with cheap housing - their advice is radically unhelpful for anyone living on the coasts. The episode...Read full review »

I have really grown to love this podcast, and the different approaches they take to saving money. The first episode I listened to was the “best streaming options” podcast and from then, I was hooked. I have gone back and listened to many of the older episodes.

Highest possible recommendation for HTM and the quality tips they provide. Recent EP 113 about boosting that (awful) credit score was much-needed and appreciated.
