Useful and succinct health/nutrition podcasts
I listen to a number of functional medicine/nutrition podcasts, and will always stay on top of Dr. Singh’s podcasts for the following reasons: his guests are credible, well-educated individuals who have interesting, relevant and often cutting edge information to share with the listener. No snake oil peddlers here! The interviews are also well run and organized. Not too long, but long enough to thoroughly discuss the topics at hand in a focused manner that is easy - and pleasant - to listen to. Highly recommend!
