Andrea Luz "Oona" Nery is a science research specialist in Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI). She is also one of the founding officer of the Philippine Young Generation in Nuclear (PYGN), an organization that aims to promote the benefits of nuclear to the youth.
