On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we welcome Olympic Gold Medal Winning Coach, Jon Rudd.   Jon Rudd is one of the most recognisable men on a British Poolside thanks to the remarkable success of Plymouth Leander. Most notably during that time, being swim coach to Ruta Meilutyte when she won an Olympic gold medal in London 2012, and set a 100m Breaststroke world record.   Jon is now Swim Ireland, National Performance Director of Swimming and Diving, as well as the newly appointed President of the World Swimming Coaches Association.  We talk with Jon about his journey through the sport of swimming, the experiences of success he wishes to pass on to others and how coaches have a chance to shape one of the most exciting times of swimming reform!
