Breath of fresh air

The hosts are wonderful, I really like the mother - daughter dynamic. They are both professionals, and human, speaking on current, and important, topics in a way that is relatable. Instead of laying out facts, in a dry way, they bounce back and forth off one another, leaving space for wonder and self lead research. Leaving space for somewhat generic examples to be played out in the listeners mind, allowing them to apply what is learned to scenarios within their own live experiences. I think this is especially fresh for what is the landscape of wellness/self-help, in an era that seems to be taken over by spiritual bypassing and arm chair diagnosing/labeling. This podcast plays out in a way so that the listener may feel as if they are a part of the conversation. They jump right in, with no long intro or music, and each episode tends to be just the right length. Hoping to check out the online community being built by the hosts and listeners soon.

Great Content !

Good points, topics, and analogies but flow and public speaking needs a bit of improvement, find that some things were a bit redundant and some long breaks of silence. Looking forward to more content though !

Interesting topics, mediocre presentation

I appreciate the topics being discussed and their POV. However, the 2 hosts are not great at public speaking. Sounds as if they are second guess their own words. So many sentences start with "I think..." and conclude with "...you know?". A million UMMs and a thousand "right, yeah" Its really off putting.
