Game changer
Rising psychiatry PGY-3 here. This podcast has been practice changing and— frankly— life changing. It’s an excellent way to learn on the go, and continue building a knowledge base without having to dig through a text book when my brain feels drained during the long weeks of residency. I am constantly teaching pearls from this podcast and using them nearly daily with clinical care. Of course— it’s no substitute for reading primary sources, though it’s perhaps better in some cases (see “anticholinergic burden” episode and chart). This podcast is such a service to our field and has truly helped me to stand out as a psychiatry resident.
