So, so good
I love ACT and this podcast helps me to stay grounded, motivated, and curious. So thankful for all of your hard work and excited to continue listening! Also, the mental health field is dominated by women people! The work that women contribute in these professions has made such a difference in the lives of countless people, so learn to respect them AND their voices. If you are truly concerned about credibility just look into the host’s professional backgrounds and you’ll get the information you seek 🤷‍♀️.
