She has moved past relying on drug treatment to help people and went on to write the New York Times best seller, A Mind of Your Own: The Truth About Depression and How Women Can Heal Their Bodies to Reclaim Their Lives. Her new book is called Own Your Self, which we discuss in this conversation. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/psychology-is/support
