Listened to every single episode
The Institute of the Psychology of Eating is the greatest resource for eating challenges that I have come across in my 25 years. I have listened to every single episode and it has changed my life learning from the stories, applying the feedback and guidance to my own journey. I have grown in confidence to take back my own nutritional and instinctual power to make choices that feel good and fuel me. I have uncovered a lot of the root causes to my own challenges with Undiagnosed BED and I feel like I have conquered a lot of the mind body aspects that have been challenging me for the last 10 years. I feel so free and at peace. Thanks for all the work you do! It’s priceless.
