Todays sharing was my favorite one so far. It was wonderful to look through the window in the other direction. We hear such great sages speak on this podcast. But today we got to look through the window of the observer that invites the wisdom. Thank you for this gift of yourself. ❤️

I look forward to this podcast every week. It’s poignant, thoughtful, enriching, and simply one of the best podcasts out there. Elise is an amazing host. I am so glad she launched this podcast. I learn so much from every heartfelt episode.

The music over the intro is so annoying. The sound quality of Clarissa is so bad I could not listen. Really - how can Podcasters air programs with bad sound quality in this day and age? Agh!

I always look forward to listening to new episodes. Elise’s interview style feels so familiar, like an actual friend who’s asking the same questions as I am asking in my head. I learn something new each episode, and I leave feeling heartened, inspired, and more connected. Highly recommend!

I love both the guests Elise has on and how she guides the conversation. She has mastered sharing her story as a way to bring concepts to life and increase connections. So many other podcasters feel too ego-based. I find her podcast to be emotionally regulating and intellectually inspiring. My...Read full review »

Elise is a brilliant interviewer, smart, open minded and curious, always giving space to her guests to communicate. I constantly marvel at how often the guests says something to the effect “Yes you understand completely. That’s exactly right!” What a gifted interviewer Elise is. Thank you.

I am so grateful for these podcasts for allowing me to listen in on these creative intellectual conversations. I am a former marketing manager who after the pandemic is now a working artist so I can be more present with my two young children, but my brain hasn’t felt this stimulated by new ideas...Read full review »

I love this podcast and think Elise is brilliant and has wonderful, inspiring guests BUT I get SO frustrated listening to her form questions or summarize the speaker’s points bc she is constantly pivoting and layering and trying to fit every nuance into a single statement or question. This is probably my 3rd or 4th podcast experience, and the previous ones were comedies. This podcast was sent to me because I am hurting emotionally from a divorce. It touched on so many boundaries that had not been set or benefited from during those 40 years that I started sending it to...Read full review »

I enjoy listening to Elise and am grateful for the guests and books she recommends as the information so far has been eye opening for me. Sometimes I find a bit highbrow and I’m embarrassed to say I get lost, which I’d frustrating since I really do want to keep up. Thank you!

Pulling the Thread has become my go-to podcast for deep dives on long drives (thank you, west coast life;)). Very much agree with the reviewer from May about Elise going on and on, attempting to explain her guest’s concepts and ideas when they could just explain themselves. Cringed especially at the decolonizing wellness conversation. I love Elise but I hope she is reading her reviews and can start...Read full review »

On Sunday mornings, I don’t have a set routine. The episode was phenomenal. The conversation was so in-depth because Elise has actually carefully and comprehensively read Gabor’s latest book. Even Gabor commented on it. The conversation was so much richer as a result. Phenomenal!

Elise Loehnen is one of the best podcast interviewers today. She’s intelligent, curious, well-informed and gracious. She holds her own with the broad variety of expert guests who speak to the issues that are foremost on our minds, in terms of what it is to be human at this point in time.

I want to love this podcast so much. The topics and the guests are incredible. However, I cannot get used to the hosts interview style.
