Sometimes we all just need a good swearapy session to come back to our peaceful center. If you are ok with swearing and could use a good release of tension and frustration - then this is for you! There are many ways you can release this kind of tight-sticky-angry energy. Some of my favourites are going into the forest and yelling or roaring, exercise, ecstatic dance - and of course, swearapy. This practice works best if you're not particularly offended by swearing, but also don’t use swear words often day to day.
