The match had gone well, I mused as I swung open the door and eased myself into the richly upholstered driver seat of the XJ8. My tactical innovation of playing two goal-tenders and three fullbacks had achieved a 2-1 victory against Riverpool. No mean feat for a team that had lost five first team players in a spate of arsenic poisonings the previous week. A gentle purr erupted from the vehicle as I turned the key in the ignition, I reached into the generously proportioned glove compartment to extract my portable audio playback device. Which radio pod recording would soundtrack my journey? 'The soccer grumble'? 'That Dieter Groüch Podcast'? No... there was only one option - I selected 'Hurry Kelvin, will he convert?' from my pod track roster and clicked 'play'.
