It is truly tragic how hard things are for her. This older man took advantage of her in the worst way possible. He also made her pretend to be good friends w his partner!! Now we see that Rachel barely knows Ariana’s last name. You see? It’s not her fault that she betrayed someone she hung out...Read full review »

Each episode is worse than the previous. What a waste of therapy - no accountability and stuck in the past. Always the victim. Vile

No matter how you try to twist it, you had an affair with your best friends man. You’re not a victim. And he is disgusting. You both deserve each other.

Raquel oh sorry Rachel, you and Tom dis bad things but you saying you never lined him is cap because you said on the reunion that’s he was an unresistable love you had! You did him dirty, be better!

All of the podcasts I listen to have a schedule. Yours does not. Sometimes weekly sometimes not at all. And you say you have moved on but VPR is all you talk about. And this 15 minute podcast was ridiculous, I stopped a minute in. No one cares what you wear. Also, you completely didn’t ask...Read full review »

Omg
I’ve tried soo hard with this podcast. But when her producer or therapist asks a question she’s literally seven minutes replying. And the answer would only need two sentences. And in the seven minutes it’s just a word salad. She loses me after two minutes.

First of all the word is Frustrating, not Fusssstrating. The Jo interview was an hour lost. It could have been 5 mins. The repetitiveness is so bothersome. Plus you're ego loves this. Please move on.Read full review »

Did the producer have to listen to the entire giggly weird explanation of her outfits and how likes sparkles, stars, and staying hydrated? And girl you said on your own Instagram that you didn’t know where the shirt was from maybe a random shop in the mall. A bravo page linked it from Urban and...Read full review »

This sounds like an image-rebrand attempt with a sprinkling of therapy lingo. It’s hard to listen to as well, the pacing of the speaking is off.
rllud via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 05/01/24
I thought she was actually going to take accountability for her actions. Nope. Instead, she rambles on and on about how everything was Tom or James’ fault or blames the VPR producers for her actions. Each episode is a drawn out ramble fest with guests commenting on love and relationships. If you...Read full review »

Am honestly loving the refreshing POV of someone taking steps forward in their truth and sharing about it. I feel Rachel is being truly authentic and truly claiming herself. Loving chapter 22. All the best to you Rachel. I hear you. Keep going x

Your podcast is very hard to listen too because your thoughts and opinions are all over the place. In one sentiment you have anger for Tom and the situation he put you in but than in the next breathe you’re happy he took up for you. Have you ever thought that he only shows understanding for you...Read full review »

This podcast is very mixed for me. Rachel has a weird view on life, acts as though she deserves a participation trophy. She is complicit in the ruining of her life and reputation, takes little accountability and is quickly forgiving of herself but then keeps shining a light on everyone else’s...Read full review »

Rachel, please know the people commenting that you still need help are the ones who are spending their time on the internet judging someone they don’t know and making comments to get shock and clicks. The Civil case is a money grab. Ariana only sent her to herself then Rachel - then destroyed it… BELIEVE You ME… we all would have seen bits if not all if anyone else had it…

(This doesn’t excuse the video recording which Scandoval should be accountable for) but a large portion of this episode discussed production not showing the “reality” and choosing certain story lines/hero redemption arches for certain cast members, and Rachel knew her truth wouldn’t be heard……...Read full review »

Rachael your last podcast episode with Dr Saltz was incredible and eye opening. The best part of it is that you didn’t mention any names. You were really trying to help other women. I have been team Arianna. And I still am. But now I realize that there is room for you too. I have been listening to your podcast with a very skeptical eye. The sound quality on this podcast is below par, it’s muffled and too quiet in some parts and Rachel’s voice sounds weird. Either she’s talking too close to the mic or the mic is cheap. I have watched you on Vp from the beginning and always loved you as a person on the show knowing they edit a lot of what you say and don’t say. Honestly, I was not expecting much but I believe all and I mean all make mistakes. Some bigger than other but she’s learning from them. She’s taking responsibilities for her actions. I see the bad reviews on her time on the show not the podcast. Like that’s so Darn dumb … why listen just to hate

This could have been such a good podcast: tell her side of the story the first couple of episodes and then move on from VPR and talk about ‘the other woman’s’ perspective, the why/when/where. She could’ve even brought on experts to talk about the psychology of cheating on both sides, guests who...Read full review »

Please stop listening to this garbage can the headlines from it are enough to make anyone with a lick of sense crazy. This chic is disgusting. For all of the people claiming the speed needs to be moved up, you are clearly just trying to be a bully and lower her rating. There was absolutely nothing wrong with her voice or the speed of the podcast. It’s very sad there are so many mean people out there.

You said you’re basically kind and non aggressive. I have to tell you it was hard to watch your last season because of your behavior toward Katie. It was not kind, and it was aggressive. I gave this a try and the ick factor is worse and worse. It’s now just a podcast to address VPR episodes and put down everyone on the current cast. This podcast answers the age old question, what if a marble had a podcast. No sign of intelligent life anywhere. If you “just want to move on” maybe don’t record an entire podcast where all you do is talk about Vanderpump Rules. Not that I’d expect you to have any logical thought process.

I understand her need to voice her side of the story and I commend her journey. Where I am struggling is taking the podcast seriously and maintaining a level of engagement. I can’t listen anymore because there’s no value content.

Keep speaking your truth. A lot of people have not had therapy and they can’t understand your new language so to speak. It’s easier to dismiss you than try to understand.
