Mindset change = awesome
As someone who is moving into management and rather new to it, the tips in the first few episodes have already been invaluable. I work in Tech, the examples the podcasters provide are very useful, and it’s set me off into finding other shows on management and feedback topics. The ideas could provide that little mindset change needed to be less afraid of giving feedback; For me, this gave me the confidence I needed to give helpful feedback at work and it had a positive outcome - I wouldn’t have done this beforehand. I’m absolutely gutted that the show only has a limited number of episodes, I really hope they come back with more in 2019!

I technically lead no-one but myself but am enjoying learning valuable techniques about communication to use with colleagues and - dare I say - leading UP! Appreciate the candor and the easygoing format of this podcast. Keep rolling out the good stuff!
