Tune in to discover the chefs, mixologists, and innovators defining the city and taking the food scene to new heights. Our first guests are Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken, the trailblazing chefs who were the first women to open a restaurant on the famous Las Vegas Strip when their Border Grill debuted at Mandalay Bay in 1999. A lot has happened for them in the 25 years since, including the opening of multiple BBQ Mexicanas in Vegas, lots of philanthropic work, and even a documentary about Susan’s life. Susan and Mary Sue have been professional partners for more than 40 years, so they also talk about the work it takes to have a decades-long relationship.
