Rails Cast is really great
I was trying to solve the check box problem with the HABTM association. This was the first time i was trying and fighting my head around using the normal HTML tags. Your video really helped to use the ruby on rails magic to get things done. Please keep the good work going

Invaluable!
I'm an experienced developer, but new to RoR and these podcasts are an incredible resource. Zero fat and straight to the point, you get the answers that you're looking wrapped around a 15mins or less video. You can't ask for more than that.
