COACHING WITH ERIN: The Mental Rehearsal

COACHING WITH ERIN: The Mental Rehearsal

In my work as a health and meditation coach, I often reach for my favorite meditation when working with clients: the mental rehearsal. This powerful practice will help you step past your insecurities, anxieties and blocks in order to envision and prepare for the changes you are seeking in your life.

When I led past client Jenna Kutcher through a mental rehearsal, she experienced a beautiful and impactful vision that led her to change key aspects of her life in order to bring what she saw to fruition. She writes about the incredible experience in her book, How Are You, Really?

When Jenna released her book I was honored to be invited to share a mental rehearsal with her readers. Today, I’m sharing that mental rehearsal with you!

Listened 3x!!

I absolutely love this podcast and the focus on true wellbeing vs fad diets, popular mental health ideas etc. Every conversation that I’ve listened to is so raw and honest and REAL. I really appreciate that someone is here focusing on bettering ourselves in natural ways!

The world needs more of this!

Erin and Raw Beauty came into my life at a perfect time. I’m so thankful for this perspective and it will help so many to have this feeding into their lives. We need to give ourselves more grace. After losing a friend who beat herself up for years depriving her body & focusing so much on just her weight & being so obsessive about it for years…sadly on her final days on earth none of it mattered. So much beautiful and precious time wasted on things that don’t matter in the grand scheme. It changed me immensely as I work to stop punishing my body and focusing on gratitude for the gifts of this beautiful earth and all the nature within and live each day working to honor the gift of time we’ve been given.
