The Ministry of Tears
Listen now
Description
**WARNING** This episode contains some harrowing stories of violence against women, not suitable for children. We continue to hear stories from Afghanistan & Pakistan in this episode - this time from Roxanne, whose husband Jeff was interviewed a fortnight ago. Roxanne shares her experiences in the land of the Taliban: the deep friendships that she made, the incredible miracles that she experienced and the many tears that she shed. What happened to the lady who was so poor that she was desperate for someone to take her child away - to a better life? Why was a miraculous healing not well received by the child's grandmother? Hear about a woman, a great friend of Roxanne's, whose 13 children all died. What is God up to in the midst of all this pain and suffering?
